Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Reschedules

All coaching sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. If a session is canceled or rescheduled less than 12 hours in advance, the Client will receive a 50% refund and will need to book a new session separately.

 

For monthly coaching packages, cancellation policies may vary and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis upon request.

 

Refunds for Coaching

At the scheduled appointment time, the Client agrees to join the Zoom call and begin the session. Both the Coach and Client commit to starting and ending the session on time.

 

If the Client is more than 10 minutes late, the Coach will assume the session is canceled, and the Client will receive a 50% refund of the session fee. A new session will need to be booked if the Client wishes to continue coaching.

To reschedule or cancel a session, please visit gracefullybecoming.org, log in to your account, go to “My Bookings,” and select “Reschedule” or “Cancel.”
