One on One Coaching Services

Coaching services provided by Maciel Newman are primarily conducted via Zoom. 1:1 coaching is a collaborative relationship focused on enhancing the Client’s awareness, mindset, and abilities to support the achievement of personal development goals. Coaching conversations are rooted in honesty and transparency; Maciel will speak directly and openly and encourages the Client to do the same.

The success of the coaching relationship is highly dependent on the Client’s active participation, commitment, and openness. If, at any point, the Client feels that coaching is not meeting her expectations, she agrees to communicate this directly to the Coach so that adjustments may be made.

Please note: Life coaching is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment. Coaching does not include diagnosis, treatment, or therapy of any kind.

Email Opt-In

By purchasing coaching services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to be added to Maciel Newman’s email list. This includes receiving information related to the purchased service, as well as other relevant updates, resources, and promotional offers. The Client may unsubscribe at any time.

Coaching Confidentiality

Maciel Newman is committed to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality. All communication between Coach and Client is held in strict confidence and will not be disclosed to any third party without the Client’s explicit, verbal permission—except where disclosure is required by law.

Coaching Sessions

Coaching sessions are scheduled in advance and conducted via Zoom. Both the Coach and the Client agree to begin and end each session on time.

If the Client is more than 10 minutes late to a scheduled session, the session will be considered canceled, and the Client will receive a 50% refund of the session fee. No-shows or repeated tardiness may result in the loss of coaching privileges at the Coach’s discretion.

Cancellations & Reschedules

All coaching sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. If a session is canceled or rescheduled less than 12 hours in advance, the Client will receive a 50% refund and will need to book a new session separately.

For monthly coaching packages, cancellation policies may vary and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis upon request.

To cancel or reschedule a session, please visit Gracefullybecoming.org log in to your account, navigate to “My Bookings,” and select “Reschedule” or “Cancel.”
